Movement

Land movement  A class shaped by the traditions of hatha yoga, tai chi chuan, martial arts and calisthenics. Encouraging functional movements for everyday life.

Water movement  Taking land-based movements and adapting them to an aquatic environment. The traditions of tai chi chuan, yoga and resistance exercise in the water provide a different challenge for the body.
